Mānuka or native NZ Tea Tree has gorgeous single bright red flowers in abundance from Winter to early Spring. Shrubby tree with attractive dark green foliage that are purply/bronze in Winter. Nectar collected from Mānuka by bees makes honey thick and dark brown with a distinctive flavour.
